Dashboard Configuration
The AlignBooks Dashboard gives you a simple and clear overview of your key business metrics, helping you track your company's performance. It includes modules, interactive widgets, reporting tools, navigation features, integrations, and user roles.
If you have multiple users and want to control or customize what they see on the dashboard, you can easily set it up. The dashboard settings can be tailored for each user individually.

For Dashboard Configurations, click on 'Configuration' icon and select 'Dashboard Configuration' option.

In 'Select User' option, click on the dropdown and select the user whose dashboard view you want to customize.

Click on 'OK' button.

Here, you can choose what details to show on the dashboard, the type of data to display, how you want it to appear (like a pie chart or bar chart), and the colors for the charts.

In the 'Key Figure Group Type' option, you can pick the type of data you want to display from the dropdown, such as Sales, Purchases, Sales Returns, Purchase Returns, Invoice Count, and more.

In the 'Zoom Widget Type' option, you can choose more specific data to display. For example, if you're showing sales data and want to highlight the top 6 items sold, you would select 'Top 6 Transactions of Items' here.

Now select the Chart type to display the data such as Grid, Line Chart, Bar Chart, Pie Chart, etc.

Now select a chart type to visualize the data, such as Grid, Line Chart, Bar Chart, Pie Chart, or others.

In the 'Zoom Widget Color Palette' option, pick the color you want the chart to appear in for the user.

Similarly here, you can choose the data you want to show, the type of chart to display the data, and the color of the chart.

In 'Replicate For Users' option, click on the dropdown menu and choose the user you want to apply the same dashboard settings for.

Click on 'Save' button to save the settings.
In this way you can set the Dashboard Configurations User wise in AlignBooks.
